Monahan Estate is a boutique vineyard in the Lovedale area of the Lower Hunter Valley. We produce premium chardonnay, semillon, verdelho and merlot grapes grown on fertile creekside river flats.

Although relatively new in the Hunter Valley we have established a benchmark for quality and longevity. Our viticultural practices have one aim: to produce flavour-filled, low-yielding, high-quality fruit for the preparation of award-winning wine.

Recognition has come with a number of awards: gold, silver and bronze. You can see these awards next to the particular wine in the Our Wines page.

Our logo was motivated by the historic Gillies Bridge that adjoins our property. It is the only remaining bridge of its type still standing.
